All orders are usually processed on the same day or within 48 hours (not including weekends).
We deliver all over the world using Royal Mail, Airmail and Parcel Force. All orders are sent First Class.
Orders containing up to 9 records will be sent as 1 Packet and so on.
Packaging Methods: All records and CDs are dispatched in strong mailing envelopes or cardboard mailing boxes for larger orders.
Double Packs: Some records and CDs are double packs (D Pack) These count as two items when ordering.
Options on how you want your items sent:
UK CUSTOMERS
Standard First Class:
This is just the basic service. We will have proof of postage although the items will not be signed for and may not be insured. Not recommended for orders over £27.00
Approximate delivery time: Next day–4 working days
Recorded Delivery:
This is strongly recommended as a signature will be needed upon delivery. The items will be insured for up to £27.00
If the value of your order is more than £27.00 then Special Delivery is advised.
Approximate delivery time: Next day–4 working days
Special Delivery:
This is the most reliable method to recieve your items.
UK Customers will receive their items the next working day from when the order was processed, although not guaranteed on a Saturday. This will also insure your items for £250.00 and a signature will be needed upon delivery.
Approximate delivery time: Guaranteed next day before 12:00 (Midday) but not guaranteed on a Saturday.
For us to dispatch an order being sent out by this method we would need to receive the order before 4:00pm.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK
Standard First Class Airmail:
This is just the basic service. We will have proof of postage although the items will not be signed for and may not be insured. Not recommended for orders over £28.00
Approximate delivery time to Europe: 3-7 working days.
Approximate delivery time to the rest of the world: 5-10 working days.
International First Class Registered:
This is strongly recommended for orders over £28.00 and is the quickest and most reliable method to recieve your items.
A signature will be needed upon delivery and the items will be insured for up to £100.00 or £250.00
Approximate delivery time to Europe: 2–5 working days.
Approximate delivery time to the rest of the world: 3–8 working days.
We will take no responsibility for lost or damaged items that are not insured. | | RETURNS POLICY: | If you order an item that does not contain the correct mix as listed on our website, we will issue a Credit Note which is valid for one year.
Marksclassics reserve the right not to issue a Credit Note or provide an exchange if a soundfile for the item is available on the website. In this case, Marksclassics will not be responsible for the return postage if the item is sent back.
Any damaged or faulty items will be exchanged for another copy of the same item providing it is availible. If it is not availible, we will issue a full refunded or offer an exchange for items of a different title. A Credit Note can be also be issued in this case.
UK Customers have 7 days to return items.
Customers outside the UK have 14 days to return items.
